Q. If I am the administrator
of the system, what speed connection to the internet do I need?
A. We recommend a reasonably fast connection as the Administrator
does the up-loading of files. A 56K modem connection would be the
minimum. Please contact us if you would like more information about
the other readily available high bandwidth solutions such as ADSL,
Cable, Satellite or ISDN.

Q. If I already have a fast
connection to the internet, do I need another one to use e-pproval?
A. No you can utilise your existing infrastructure with the system
as long as you and your clients have access to the internet you are
able to use e-pproval

Q. Do I have to be in the
office to use my account?
A. No you can access the system from the office, at home or anywhere
in the world with your secure ID and password as long as you can connect
to the internet.

Q. If I sign up to use e-pproval,
can I use it with all my clients?
A.Yes, you can add as many clients to the system as you wish. You
are guided by the amount of users on the system rather than the amount
of clients you want to use it with. Each client will have their own
secure area for approving their files while you as the administrator
have instant control over all your accounts from the one page.

Q. How do I know if a job
has been approved?
A. Once all people assigned to the job have approved it, the status
of the job will change to approved and an e-mail notification is sent
to the originator. You can see at any time what stage the job is at
and who has either approved or made comments in the job details window.

Q. Am I able to work out
the costs of sending each job using e-pproval?
A. The reporting feature allows you to track users and file sizes
associated with the job. With our easy pricing structure, it is simple
to calculate the costs for using the system.

Q. Can I use Sticky Notes
on my PDF files?
A. You are able to download the file to your hard disk and do everything
you would normally do with a PDF file. We have designed e-pproval
so that it is collaborative and that all users are able to see comments
at any stage. This eliminates the need to have multiple versions of
the PDF file that sometimes leads to mistakes or corrections being
missed.

Q. Can I print out peoples
comments or the status of my jobs?
A. Both users and administrators are able to print out the comments
and status pages of their jobs. The administrator also has an extensive
reporting feature for handling corrections or tracking bottlenecks
in the approval cycle.

Q. What happens if I forget
my password or login name?
A. Contact your system administrator. He is able to tell you your
username or password and can change these for you if necessary. Always
try to keep your username and password in a safe place.
