One of
the real benefits of e-pproval is that it is a fully managed
web-server application – therefore, the only requirement
to use the system is an Internet Browser
and a valid e-mail account.
e-pproval will handle almost any file format from PDF to QuickTime
movies, and even Microsoft Office documents. You control how
these files are handled in your browser application, so the
operator is free to decide what to do with the file when they
receive it. You can open the image in your browser or download
it to your hard drive. More information about these settings
is available in our help pages once you are a registered user
of the system.
Sometimes you may require certain plug-ins to be installed with
your browser to read particular file types. These are readily
available for download and usually at no
cost to the user.
The Administrator or controller of the system should have at
least a 56K modem or higher for uploading jobs into the system.
