Project Management

"Darren, the work your company has done in assisting us to establish a practical, consumer driven web presence has been fantastic. You have been great to work with: co-operative, informative, supportive, honest and extremely helpful. Thanks for your after sales service, moreover, thanks for providing us with what we asked for - a pragmatic, effective website."

- Bindi Gove, Business Development Manager. Country Victoria Tourism Council

A key role of Hit Ink is to provide market knowledge with the experience of quality partners to provide a total solution that best fits the client. We are able to consult with you and your staff to develop a plan that best benefits the organisation and then work on the steps to acheive the desired goals. This may range from product or equipment supply, workflow analysis, staff training or software development. The key to a successful, cost effective project is being able to really understand the desired end result and the best way to achieve it efficiently and on time.

Project Management Capacity

For large-scale implementations we utilise Microsoft Project to plan and track our many projects. One such plan will be developed in the specification stage should this be required.

The key to any successful project that may include development, customisation or implementation is in the planning stage. It is extremely important that sufficient time is devoted to establishing and agreeing upon a detailed technical specification before development work is commenced.

Upon commencement of a project an implementation team will be assembled and in conjunction with client staff and relevant suppliers to develop a detailed specification of the system. A firm timeline will then be put in place and used to drive the project. It is envisaged that WIP meetings are held on a fortnightly or monthly basis to monitor the project progress.
